Teams assembled at the Tailrace Centre to be scored on how well they display energy, synergy, effectiveness, and creative thinking as they were put through a set of fast paced tasks that included report writing, role plays and presentations. The Management Challenge provided an opportunity for local government professionals to develop their skills and become more effective in their everyday roles.

This year, nine Tasmanian Council teams from around the State took part including teams from Kingborough, West Tamar, Waratah-Wynyard, Central Coast, George Town, Glenorchy City, City of Hobart, and two teams from City of Launceston.
